You will be part of a team responsible for executing strategies and programs that drive financial and operational performance for a Real Estate Investment Firm in the US Multifamily Rental industry. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and reporting portfolio data, identifying opportunities for improving financial and operational performance, managing internal programs to support annual budget and forecasting models, and performing ad hoc analytical tasks as necessary.
