You will be part of a team responsible for executing strategies and programs that drive financial and operational performance for a Real Estate Investment Firm in the US Multifamily Rental industry. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and reporting portfolio data, identifying opportunities for improving financial and operational performance, managing internal programs to support annual budget and forecasting models, and performing ad hoc analytical tasks as necessary. Key responsibilities include: - Assisting with the conversion of accrual forecast to cash-based forecasts monthly - Validating data of automated Asset Management reports monthly/quarterly - Calculating debt service coverage ratios using forecasted NOI projections monthly/quarterly - Gathering Entrata/Yardi reports for broker requests and appraisals - Comparing broker valuations for Broker Opinion of Valuations (BOVs) - Comparing quarterly Appraisal Valuations against Operational reforecasts - Analyzing Property Performance Recaps and comparing Actual Stabilized Operating performance to underwritten Proforma - Tracking renovation premiums through rent roll analysis by unit type - Rolling up Lessons learned reports into a master tracker/file - Assisting with gathering/input/review of Quarterly Variance explanations of operating financials - Providing analytical support and performing various ad hoc analyses for the asset management team Qualifications and Experience: - College degree in Commercial Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Management roles in the US multi-family real estate industry - Proficiency in property management and revenue management systems like YieldStar and Yardi - Mathematical skills and high-level aptitude in Excel for modeling and calculations - Understanding of the real estate industry, particularly multi-family housing and retail - Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and communication skills Qualities: - Commitment to supporting overseas clients with care - Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and business partners - Team player with integrity and confidentiality - Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn new methodologies and technologies - Collaborative and able to address challenges in a team environment This job is remote and based in Hyderabad, with USA Shift timings from IST 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (EST 5:30 am to 2:30 pm). As a part of the team, your responsibilities will include implementing customer requests related to the unified property management API, building and maintaining API integrations with various property management systems, working with complex data models, and normalizing inconsistent data formats. You will also be expected to debug and resolve integration issues, including legacy SOAP APIs, troubleshoot and fix bugs promptly, write tests for your own and your teammates" code, and contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.
