Job Title: Junior Accountant

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Tally. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of practical accounting experience and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day accounting activities using Tally
Maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
Preparing sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries
GST return preparation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
TDS calculation and return filing
Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Assisting in monthly and annual financial statements
Coordinating with auditors and senior accountants
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
Strong proficiency in Tally
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax
Good proficiency in English (spoken and written); Malayalam proficiency preferred
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
Experience in an accounting firm will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
