Junior Accountant

Location: Tirupur (Relocation from Rajasthan required) Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job Description: Garment mantra Lifestyle Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will handle accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate financial management. This is an on-site role in Tirupur, and candidates will need to relocate from Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals accurately. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including cash flow statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets. Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper records of all transactions. Support payroll processing and related accounting entries. Assist in preparation for audits and coordinate with auditors as required. Track expenses, manage petty cash, and ensure proper documentation. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations. Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations. Core Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role. Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to relocate to Tirupur from Rajasthan. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with garment/apparel industry accounting is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
