Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Accounts and Finance Department.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1-1.5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining financial records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.

- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly close processes. - Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting.

- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
