About the Role

Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Handle vendor and customer payment follow-ups.
• Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Support the senior accountant in audits and other accounting tasks.
• Ensure timely data entry into accounting software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (freshers with internship experience can apply).
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks

  (or similar accounting software).
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Experience in vendor management and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of payroll processing.
