Junior Accountant

Job Description: Junior Accountant Company: Amsi Health and Wellness Pvt Ltd Position: Junior Accountant Location: Virar West Experience Level: Entry-Level Qualification: B.Com Job Summary: Amsi Health and Wellness Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Accountant to join our team. This is an entry-level position where the candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth functioning of accounting processes. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally and Excel for handling various types of entries and reports. Key Responsibilities: • Record and post journal entries accurately in Tally. • Update and maintain sales and purchase entries. • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely payments. • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. • Work under the supervision of the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to support overall financial operations. Qualifications and Skills Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com). • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is mandatory. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills. Work Environment: • The candidate will work closely with the senior accounting team and management to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
