Duties/Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile daily cash, store cash sheets, clearing accounts, bank entries, payment gateways, and credit cards.
Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs) ensure purchase invoices are booked against approved POs.
Upload sales invoices, create credit notes for refunds, and pass journal entries.
Process vendor payments by matching dropship and bulk orders with POs and invoices; raise and resolve vendor queries.
Book purchase invoices and vendor credit notes; reconcile vendor ledgers as required.
Support with payroll processing and monthly salary calculations.
Prepare and pay monthly TDS; file quarterly TDS returns.
Prepare and file GST returns Perform GST and TDS reconciliations.
Support audits by providing data, resolving queries, and passing required entries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
