Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will support the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Additionally, the Junior Accountant will assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as support financial audits and tax preparations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the advisory or valuation industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
