As a Junior Account Manager at AxureOne, you will play a crucial role in client interaction and project coordination. Your main responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects. - Translating client briefs into clear instructions for designers and creative teams. - Tracking timelines, deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. - Proactively following up with clients on approvals, feedback, and next steps. - Assisting in preparing proposals, decks, and presentations. - Maintaining project documentation and status reports. - Ensuring smooth communication between clients, team members, and management. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination (agency experience preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. - A people person who can balance empathy with professionalism. - Familiarity with branding, design, or digital marketing is a plus.
