Designation - Junior Account ExecutiveJob description ResponsibilitiesThorough knowledge of GST and Income Tax (from preparation to submission)Timely preparation and finalising GST returnsMonthly Profit and Loss StatementROC compliances Registration of companies and proceduresESI , PF , Professional tax and shop act compliances Complete taxation work including Audits like Tax audits , statutory Audits etc and accounting Maintenance of books Attending Scrutiny , hearings and appeal related GST , Income tax and other tax mattersAudit of all vouchers every month w.r.t. categorisation of invoice files, purchase files, tax acknowledgementBasic understanding of relevant tax/accounting conceptsProduce quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standardsThink broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information provided by clientsKeep up-to-date with tax technical / technology developmentsValidate data and analyze for accuracy and relevancePreparation of Tax Returns/Book keeping and related servicesShould manage the day-to-day expenseFile TDS and GST regularlySalary Statement and paymentsTally system InvoicingTax filingESI , PF , Professional tax and shop act complianceShould have good communication and manage the staff privacy, salary Hike process Etc.Required Candidate profileShould have knowledge in TALLY ERP 9Basic Knowledge of ExcelShould be smart and fluent in English CommunicationUnderstanding of Accounting Concepts along with TDS and GST concepts, Demonstrates the Zeal to learn new concepts.Willing to Work on Different Clients/Industries, Understands the Importance of TimelinesFamiliar with Computers, Excel, Word, and Knowledge of Tally is a must,Must be good in English communication and Ability to Communicate with Teams and Client Effectively.Good communication skillsBasic knowledge of MS/Google/Adobe enterprise solutionsWorking towards individual goals set and comfortable with target/deadline based workingShare and collaborate effectively with others, create a positive team spiritAdept in understanding and using IT environment and tools available
