Role Overview

Academic Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive assigned

  Implementation Managers (IMs)

  &

  Training Managers (TMs)

  to achieve business goals.
• Ensure

  timely renewals

  and

  payment collections

  from schools.
• Handle client escalations and provide quick, effective resolutions.
• Build

  parent awareness

  and advocacy for the Kreedo curriculum.
• Conduct

  school visits

  to report progress on children, teachers, and curriculum implementation.
• Review and sign off

  monthly reports

  from IMs & TMs before sharing with school management.
• Analyze assessments/reports and suggest corrective actions.
• Support teachers in identifying areas for improvement in children.
• Guide school management for successful curriculum implementation.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post-Graduate (Preferred: Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Development).

• 3–7 years

  of experience in sales, training, or delivery (post-sales support) – preferably in the service/education sector.
• Strong

  communication skills

  – fluent in English and local language (mandatory).

• Willingness to travel

  extensively.
• Excellent

  interpersonal skills

  and ability to manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)

  &

  Google Docs

  .
• Passion for

  early childhood education

  (exposure to working with young children will be an added advantage).
