β Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2G segments. Build a pipeline of potential customers and government clients. β Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction. β Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities, closing deals, and upselling additional products or services. β Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning. β Possess a deep understanding of our paint and coating products, their features, and benefits. Be able to effectively communicate this information to potential and existing customers. β Study and understand customer requirements and effectively relay the requirements to the rest of the team in order to effectively service the customer. β Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market insights. Share these reports with the management team to inform decision-making. β Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. β Provide excellent after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely product delivery. Skills Required - Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and related products. β Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. β Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. β Results-driven, with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic. β Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. β Familiarity with B2B and B2G sales processes and dynamics. β Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
