The Sales Admin Junior will support the sales team by managing documentation, client coordination, data entry, proposal assistance, and process compliance ensuring smooth execution of sales operations from within the office.
- Maintain and update sales inquiry leads, databases, and CRM entries
- Prepare and organize sales documents, quotations, proposals, booking forms
- Coordinate with internal teams for availability, pricing, timelines
- Support sales managers with follow-ups, reminders, and office coordination
- Track inquiry status: New In Progress Converted Lost
- Maintain error-free, updated Google Sheets / Excel trackers
- Assist in preparing sales decks, reports, emails, and client responses
- Generate SAR-assisted line items (basic format)
- Keep organized record of call logs, client communications, approvals
- Support sales process audits and follow internal SOP compliance
- Manage and file contracts, NDAs, invoices, vouchers, and confirmations
- Collaborate for weekly sales meet data readiness
- Graduate (Any discipline)
- Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic formulas)
- MS Word & PowerPoint
- CRM/Lead tracking tools
- Strong communication and coordination
- High accuracy and organization
- Follow-up discipline & process adherence
