Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms. • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards. • Support background checks, document collection, and onboarding processes. • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. • Generate recruitment-related reports as needed. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices. • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is an advantage. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR internship preferred. • Freshers with good communication skills and interest in HR are welcome to apply.
