Jr. QA Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QC Engineer to join our Quality Control team in the CRGO steel industry. The role involves monitoring and ensuring the quality of CRGO materials through inspections, testing, and analysis in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of materials engineering or metallurgy, with a strong focus on quality processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished CRGO products.
• Conduct standard quality tests such as magnetic property testing, core loss, permeability, and insulation coating checks.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
• Support the implementation of quality procedures, standards, and control methods.
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation, test reports, and non-conformance records.
• Coordinate with production and process teams to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Support internal audits and external customer inspections.
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality management system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during QC activitie

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
