Jr. QA Engineer

You will be responsible for developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of the product. Your role will involve reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback, creating comprehensive test plans and test cases, estimating and prioritizing testing activities, and coordinating testing processes. Additionally, you will design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools, identify and track bugs, and perform regression testing. You will be required to develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products in order to meet client needs, liaise with internal teams such as developers and product managers to identify system requirements, monitor debugging process results, investigate non-conforming software issues, and train users to implement solutions. Furthermore, you will track quality assurance metrics including defect densities and open defect counts, and stay updated with new testing tools and strategies. To excel in this role, you should have good knowledge in Manual Testing and Automation Testing, as well as familiarity with integration and system testing. You should be adept at preparing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Documents, able to work independently, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams.
