Implementing Quality Assurance procedures at shop-floor, Handling QA activities
of shift independently.
Process and process audit, Customer and QMS audit, Vendor Audit.
4M change management, risk analysis & control.
Documenting quality assurances activities and creating audit reports (IQA /
ISO9001 / IATF 16949 etc) as required.
Identifying and resolving quality issues and making recommendations for
improvement.
Incoming inspection of raw materials / BOP items as required.
Carrying out and monitoring testing and inspection of products / material to ensure
the finished product / materials meets quality standards.
Maintaining in process records, conducting defect RCA (internal and external
defects)
Communicating with key stakeholders e.g. Production, Materials, Vendors etc.
Applying technical skills related to the product being tested (knowledge of testing
machine of QM, knowledge of machinery for hardware etc.)
Conforming to regulations and applicable standards when it comes to testing and
quality assurance.
Investigating and setting standards for quality, Health & safety. Encouraging
change and improvement in performance and quality.
Ensuring that manufacturing process improvements through Kaizen, Poka yoke,
SGA, QC etc. Recording, analysis and distributing statistical information and
making reports are required.
Experience in battery manufacturing process preferred.
