Role & responsibilities 1. In sight Knowledge of the Product Portfolio. 2. Basic Knowledge about the UPS Operations 3. Basic Knowledge regarding the IEEE standards & Indian Standards. 4. Basic Knowledge about the Sizing based on various application 5. In depth Knowledge regarding 8D Problem Solving approach. 6. Preparing RCA for the Customer Complaints in stipulated time. 7. Performing tear Down Analysis on the Field Return Products. 8. Communicating the Action Plan & Monitoring the Effectiveness of the corresponding action Plan. 9. Tracking the Performance of New Products on field. 10.Performing Application study for various customer sites. 11.Verification of Product Drawing based on the process Requirements & Product requirements prior to release. 12.Responsible team Player from QA function for entire Process specifically for Assembly, Charging, PDI, Despatch, 13.Hands on Experience on site Application study for Telecom, Railways, iUPS, Power & Projects Customers. 14.Performing as a representative from Manufacturing for the customer related queries. 15.Preparing RCA for the Customer Complaints in stipulated time by using DMAIC methodology. 16.Performing tear Down Analysis on the Field Return Products. 17. Implementing the Actions for the Customer complaints. 18. Acted to reduce the internal Rejection & Scrap. 19.Demonstrating various initiatives to eliminate the customer complaints 20.Performing Application study for various customer sites.
