Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform dimensional inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished parts/products.
Supplier evaluation and vendor visit for inspection
Verify components and assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
NPD part ballooning, checklist preparation, identify CTQ parameters, inspection and feed back
Knowledge on CMM inspection is added advantage
Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.
Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of production.
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials, and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Assist in maintaining 5S and quality system compliance (ISO/IATF standards).
Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities

Preferred Skills

Good knowledge of measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.).
Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong observation and communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Good documentation and reporting skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
