We're seeking a results-driven subscriber growth & acquisition marketing analyst to help identify and attract potential subscribers through various growth channels. This role focuses exclusively on subscriber acquisition strategies, community engagement, and lead generation for our newsletter. Yodest is a US startup company that merges traditional journalism with data analytics, and creates newsworthy content for the world - in short, we are a data storyteller.

**The candidate must have a degree in marketing.**

Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify target audience segments and where they spend time online

2. Develop strategies for organic subscriber acquisition across social media platforms (especially on Reddit)

3. Identify and engage with relevant online communities, forums, and groups

4. Research and outreach to potential collaboration partners for cross-promotion

5. Build relationships with influencers and thought leaders in our target market

6. Develop referral and word-of-mouth marketing strategies

7. Conduct competitor analysis on subscriber acquisition tactics

8. Create social media strategies to drive awareness and signups

9. Research and implement viral growth tactics and campaigns

10. Track and analyze growth metrics and subscriber acquisition sources

11. Identify speaking opportunities, podcast appearances, and PR opportunities

12. Develop strategies for leveraging existing networks and personal connections

13. Research trending topics and conversations to identify engagement opportunities

14. Create and post engaging content on the social media platforms

Must have requirements

1.     Must have a degree in marketing

2.     Must have at least 1-2 year of experience in social media marketing

3.     Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities

4.     Must have graphic design skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,20,000 /year
