Role Overview

Jr. Marketing Associate

The right candidate is someone who can think on their feet, connect with pop culture trends, and extract the best out of AI tools to supercharge their work. If you love experimenting, creating, and pushing out fresh ideas every day, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate, script, and post

  reels, shorts, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn content

• Write catchy captions, scripts, and copy that resonate with students and young professionals
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Sora, etc.) to brainstorm, draft, and enhance content
• Create quick designs and edits using

  Canva

  for social media creatives and campaigns
• Coordinate with designers/video editors to deliver polished final assets
• Track performance of content, analyze what works, and suggest improvements
• Stay on top of social and cultural trends to keep content fresh and engaging
• Support in running ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) —

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or

  0–1 years of marketing experience

  (internships count)
• Excellent writing and communication skills (English)
• Creative thinker with a strong grasp of

  pop culture & social media trends

• Comfortable with Canva and basic editing for day-to-day content
• Proactive and dynamic — always ready with new content ideas
• Able to juggle multiple projects and move fast without micromanagement
• Bonus: Experience in education, EdTech, or performance-led D2C brands
