Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end relationships with key B2B clients, from onboarding to renewal. - Developing a deep understanding of client business needs and proposing customized solutions. - Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition. - Creating account strategies, conducting periodic business reviews, and tracking sales performance. - Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to ensure smooth execution and service delivery. - Monitoring market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
