Jr. HR Recruiter

As a Jr. Recruiter/TA Executive at our Great Place to Work certified organization based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, you will be an integral part of our high-performing team. We are looking for energetic individuals who possess fluent communication skills and have a proven track record of achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an incentive-driven professional with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in big TA ops and processes with familiarity in Applicant Tracking Systems. It is essential that you currently reside in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities, collaborating with a team of over 10 professionals in the talent acquisition department. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our hiring needs. This is a full-time and permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, with additional perks like performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, shift allowance, and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience and possess professional working proficiency in English.
