Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with over 6 months of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a quick learning attitude, and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.)
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
• Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations
• Support employee engagement and compliance activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of experience or completed internship in the HR field
• Knowledge of MS. Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Sound understanding of core HR functions and processes
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
