Jr. HR Executive

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, which include job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws to uphold the organization's standards. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in handling employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and implementing conflict resolution strategies to foster a positive work environment. Your support in showroom staffing requirements and close collaboration with the sales and operations team will be essential in achieving business objectives.
