Jr. Executive Assistant

Job Summary: As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will serve as a strategic partner in enabling the MD to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This high visibility role requires strong business acumen, confidentiality, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders

• Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for leadership meetings

Communication & Coordination:

• Draft and review emails, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the MD

• Liaise with department heads, authors, content creators, and strategic partners

• Coordinate with editorial, production, and marketing teams on behalf of the MD

Strategic Involvement:

• Assist in tracking key business metrics, projects, and operational deliverables

• Support in planning and execution of business reviews, book launches, and campaigns

• Perform research and provide analytical insights as required by the MD

Confidential & Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information

• Manage documentation, records, approvals, and vendor communications

• Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD
