Location - Udaipur

Job Purpose:
To assist in the design, development, testing, and validation of new products, components,
and systems under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to innovation and
continuous improvement within the R&D department.

Key Responsibilities:
 Support in the design and development of heating elements, sensors, or related
components (as applicable).
 Conduct prototype assembly, testing, and performance evaluation as per design
requirements.
 Assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation of test results.
 Prepare BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications with guidance from senior
engineers.
 Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for product trials and
process improvements.
 Maintain proper project records, reports, and design documentation.
 Contribute ideas for product enhancement, cost optimization, and innovation.
 Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&D
activities.

Skills & Competencies:
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical design principles
 Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks – as applicable)
 Good understanding of testing instruments and measurement techniques
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
