Job Title: Junior Engineer – Panel Wiring (LT / HT Panels & Control Panels )

Qualification: ITI-Electrical , Diploma or B.E. in Electrical

• 1 to 3 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply)

Job Location: Shivane, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

The Junior Engineer (Panel Wiring) will be responsible for assisting in the wiring, assembly, and testing of LT/HT panels, control panels, and MCC/PCC panels as per drawings and standards. The role involves coordination with the design, testing, and quality teams to ensure accurate and efficient panel assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute panel wiring and assembly work as per electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Assist in installation, termination, and routing of cables, control wires, and busbars.
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of wires and components.
• Work with engineers to interpret schematic diagrams and layout drawings.
• Support in testing and inspection of panels (continuity, insulation resistance, HV test, functional testing).
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping at the work area.
• Coordinate with the Design and Production teams to resolve wiring or design issues.
• Prepare basic material requirements and consumption reports.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project schedules.
• Assist in panel modification, troubleshooting, and rework as required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of electrical components (relays, contactors, MCCBs, MCBs, meters, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and GA drawings
• Hands-on experience in panel wiring, crimping, cable termination
• Familiarity with electrical safety practices and tools
• Basic knowledge of testing instruments (multimeter, megger, etc.)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in LT/HT panels, control panels, PCC, MCC, or automation panels
• Exposure to industrial manufacturing or electrical panel fabrication .
