Position Summary

The Junior Engineer will assist in the planning, supervision, and execution of site activities at the Tellapur project. The role involves coordination with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure the project progresses as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil works as per drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams for smooth site operations.
• Maintain records of daily progress, material consumption, and manpower.
• Check levels, dimensions, and alignment of structures as per approved drawings.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and material requisitions.
• Monitor material usage and ensure minimum wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols at the site.
• Support senior engineers in preparing progress reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with quality, planning, and billing departments for smooth workflow.
• Report any technical or operational issues to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Sound knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with formwork, concreting, reinforcement, and finishing activities.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work at the project site full-time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
