Jr. Engineer

Role Overview: As a Junior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, design, and execution of construction and architectural projects. Your responsibilities will include providing support to senior engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure the successful implementation of project plans while upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD and other design software. - Support senior engineers in developing design concepts and analyzing project feasibility. - Conduct basic calculations related to structural analysis and load-bearing capacities. - Visit project sites regularly to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans. - Identify and report design deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns. - Collaborate with contractors and site workers to resolve on-site challenges. - Ensure that construction activities comply with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. - Assist in conducting quality checks and preparing inspection reports. - Help in maintaining project documentation and records. - Assist in quantity estimation, material procurement, and cost analysis. - Monitor material usage and maintain an inventory of project resources. - Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams to coordinate project deliverables. - Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, and other relevant design software. - Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
