Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, handling basic SEO/SEM tasks, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution:

Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.

• Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and manage social media content and posts. Monitor engagement and analyze performance.

• SEO & Website Updates:

Support basic on-page SEO efforts, monitor keyword rankings, and coordinate website content updates with the development team.

• Lead Generation:

Monitor lead quality and cost per lead across paid campaigns. Suggest and test new targeting strategies and ad formats.

• Email Marketing:

Create and send newsletters, promotional mailers, and automation campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp or similar.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs and campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other dashboards. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.

• Content Coordination:

Work with designers and content writers to produce digital assets such as banners, ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional content.

• Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitors’ digital presence and suggest improvement strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing

• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Canva, basic video editing, or design coordination is a plus
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
