Jr. Business Development - BFSI Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers in the BFSI sector. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with industry decision-makers. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop successful sales strategies. - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in BFSI Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. - Thorough understanding of the BFSI sector, including industry trends and regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and implement effective sales strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Preferred experience in IT solutions sales, particularly in the BFSI sector.
