About the Role

Jr. Assistant Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update

  books of accounts

  in Tally/ERP systems
• Assist in

  bank reconciliations

  and vendor account reconciliations
• Process

  invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements

• Support GST filing, TDS calculation & filing, and PF/ESIC compliance

• Help in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Coordinate with the finance team for audits and compliance activities

• Provide general accounting support including payroll entries and expense tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (

  B.Com

  ) or Master’s in Commerce (

  M.Com

  )

• 1 to 3 years

  of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficient in

  Tally ERP and MS Excel

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

• Exposure to Zoho Books or cloud-based accounting tools

  is a plus
