Jr. Accounts Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Accounts Executive who has working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and basic accounting procedures. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately.
• Handle GST working, including data entry, reconciliation, and supporting monthly/quarterly GST filings.
• Generate and upload E-Invoices as per compliance requirements.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in applying TDS rates, ensuring correct deductions and proper documentation.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and update them regularly.
• Support in preparing basic financial statements and internal reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting-related queries.
• Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record-keeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com or related field).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
