Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer engagement.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information as required.
• Maintain proper call records and update lead status.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  6 months of experience

  in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service.

• Fluency in English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of using call logs, CRMs, or Excel for record-keeping.
• Must have a personal smartphone and/or laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
