Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our retail business dealing in PVC rolls and tubings. The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic accounting principles, billing, inventory coordination, and vendor/customer reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journal Entries).
• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and maintain proper documentation.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
• Track inventory movement of PVC rolls, sheets, and tubings in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Maintain petty cash and daily cash/cheque update.
• Assist in GST filing preparation (sales/purchase summaries, input credit checks).
• Prepare and update ageing reports, outstanding statements, and follow-up with customers for payments.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Handle bank reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for billing-related queries.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting and supporting documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (retail trading experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic GST knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks efficiently.

Additional Preferences (Good to Have)

• Experience in a trading/retail environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management related to roll-based items (PVC/industrial materials).

Salary

As per industry standards (based on experience and skills).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
