Jr. Accountant

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Purpose:

To manage day-to-day accounting functions including GST compliance, reconciliation, and support in financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

Prepare and file GST returns, with working knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2A, and 2B reconciliation.

Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.

Maintain records of purchase, sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.

Ensure timely vendor payments and track receivables.

Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com).

2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading industry.

Hands-on experience in GST, reconciliation, and accounting software (Tally / ERP).

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of GST, 2A/2B reconciliation, and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
