About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing basic reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures. What You’ll Do

·        Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

·        Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.

·        Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.

·        Support month-end and year-end close processes.

·        Prepare basic financial reports and assist with GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

·        Assist with internal and external audits.

·        Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and invoice-related queries.

·        Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Who You Are

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).

·        2 years minimum experience in a similar accounting role.

·        Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).

·        Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

·        Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

starting at ₹28,000–₹32,000/month DOE.
