Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Jr. Accountant (Fresher). The Jr. Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining and reviewing financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. The role also includes managing accounts payable and receivables, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting with audit preparations as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, and knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Previous internship experience in accounting is a plus
