Company Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to manage daily accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, financial records, and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in ledger management
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the accounting system

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and costing
• Working knowledge of MIS reporting, MS Excel, and Word
• Basic understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a similar industry or accounting role
• Familiarity with inventory and payroll accounting
• Knowledge of handling assets and internal cost tracking
