Jr. Accountant

As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will be an integral part of the finance team, assisting with various accounting tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of financial processes. Your attention to detail and eagerness to learn will help you excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. - Support month-end and year-end closing processes. - Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts. - Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records. - Assist auditors during internal and external audits. - Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and legal requirements. - Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). - Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally, ERP, MS Excel, Word proficiency preferred). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience: - 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. - Freshers with internship/academic project experience in accounting will also be considered.
