We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting entries including purchases, sales, and expense records
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries
• Prepare GST data and support in timely filings
• Support payroll processing and vendor payments
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals
• Help in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP)
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of formulas and data formatting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliances
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to audit processes or internal controls
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and vendor reconciliation
• Experience in a renewable energy or manufacturing environment (optional)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
