Ltd Job Title: Junior Accountant Location: [East boring Cannel road] Department: Finance / Accounts Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the accounting department by performing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day accounting operations. Record and process invoices, payments, and expenses. Maintain and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and balance sheets. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Help with tax preparation and filing tasks. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting software. Support audits and other financial reviews as required. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers may apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or prior experience in an accounting role is a plus. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
