Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management:
• Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, bills, and purchase orders.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• General Ledger and Bookkeeping:
• Post journal entries and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger.
• Payroll Assistance:
• Assist in preparing and processing payroll, including tax deductions.
• Inventory and Cost Accounting:
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits.
• Support cost analysis and reporting for raw materials and production processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Key Attributes:
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Help in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
