Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect

to lead digital transformation initiatives, drive solution architecture, and manage end-to-end implementations across industries such as

Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Energy, and Life Sciences

. This role requires deep functional expertise in

Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales

Key Responsibilities

Industry & Function Expertise

Engage with senior client leadership to drive
technology-agnostic
business process discussions.
Leverage industry knowledge to provide tailored SAP solutions for clients in sectors like
Energy, Chemicals, Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, and High-Tech
.

Solution Architecture Leadership

Guide clients in realizing value from
SAP S/4HANA-led transformation
by identifying business challenges and improvement opportunities.
Develop innovative
SAP solutions and proposals
by collaborating with cross-functional SMEs.
Utilize
SAP assets and frameworks
to differentiate and enhance solution offerings.

Project Delivery

Lead
requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis
workshops with clients.
Oversee
SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
from blueprinting to go-live.
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives,
risk management, budgeting, and execution
.
Support
pre-sales, business assessments, and roadmap development
for clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an
SAP Solution Architect
with expertise in
SAP S/4HANA implementations
.
Strong knowledge of at least one functional area:
Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Logistics
.
Experience in delivering
end-to-end digital transformation projects
within complex enterprise environments.
Ability to engage with
C-level executives
and drive strategic discussions.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
