We’re Hiring: Technical Support Engineer – ATOM (ServiceNow Platform) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week) Apply Now: careers.india@decisionminds.com Are you passionate about solving complex technical problems and delivering stellar customer support? Decision Minds is looking for a Technical Support Engineer – ATOM who thrives on helping customers and troubleshooting advanced ServiceNow platform issues. What You'll Do: Handle technical cases related to ITOM applications on the ServiceNow platform. Deliver top-notch support via web, chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot complex issues using diagnostic tools and log analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve and escalate high-priority issues. Influence product and process improvements from the front lines. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field. 3 to 6 years in customer-facing technical support (preferably ITOM). Strong grasp of server-side scripting (JavaScript, Unix Shell, PowerShell). Good understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, TCP, FTP/SFTP, SOAP, REST). Experience with tools like Wireshark, Traceroute, and ServiceNow platform modules. Familiarity with ITIL, CMDB, Orchestration, Discovery, and Mid Server. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Good to have: Java programming experience. ServiceNow certifications. Prior infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
