Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Doctor of Naturopathy at our Vishakhapatnam location. The Doctor will consult with guests to create personalized treatment plans, administer naturopathic therapies, and monitor guest progress. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, providing guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes, and maintaining guest records. Collaboration with other wellness professionals to ensure comprehensive care and participation in staff training and development activities are also key aspects of the role. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of guests, including lifestyle, diet, medical history, and wellness goals.Diagnose health conditions using naturopathic principles and tools such as iridology, pulse diagnosis, or other holistic methods.Maintaining accurate and timely guest records, documenting all aspects of guest care, including consultation findings, treatment plans, and guest progress.Develop personalized naturopathic treatment plans, integrating therapies like hydrotherapy, mud therapy, yoga, acupuncture, and dietary recommendations.Should have the knowledge of various Nature cure treatments, their physiological and therapeutic effects, indications and contra-indications, crisis management, diet prescription and nutrition knowledge.Should be well versed with diagnosis of the diseases based on the information given by the guests and prescription for the ailments like hypertension, arthritis, hypothyroid, obesity and acid peptic disorders etc.Should understand the guest’s problem areas and the symptoms based on their medical history and lifestyle.Prescribing a treatment plan based on the consultation and test results.Should advise of diet plan and lifestyle for the guest.Should maintain record of each guest with critical points highlighted on every day basis.Attend daily duties as per duty schedules.Explain the rationale behind treatments and provide clear instructions for follow-up care.Oversee the execution of therapies as per the treatment prescriptions, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards.Monitor guest progress during their stay and adjust treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with other departments, such as Healing Hub, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Yoga to provide seamless guest experiences.Maintain accurate records of guest consultations, diagnoses, and treatments. Qualifications: Should have qualification in B.N.Y.S. from any reputed college / university or government recognized.Minimum 12-18 years of experience in the field of Naturecure Hospital/Wellness Center.Evident experience in administering naturopathic treatmentsStrong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with a holistic approach to health.Should have an excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire trust and motivate guests to follow treatment plans.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Should be flexible with all shifts including Night ShiftsShould be proficient in computer skills.Should be proficient in speaking English & Hindi.Strong diagnostic skills and ability to develop personalized treatment plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guestsKnowledge of nutrition, lifestyle counselling, and holistic health practicesAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamProficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentationPassion for promoting health and wellness through natural methods.
