Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and handle all related administrative tasks, such as generating payslips, filing TDS returns, and preparing tax-related documents for employees. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits, providing insights into the financial health of the firm. Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making at the leadership level. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and compliance with accounting standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that financial operations comply with relevant regulations, including fund reporting and tax filings for both US and Indian jurisdictions. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all financial transactions, audits, and tax filings. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in financial accounting, fund accounting, or a related role, with a strong understanding of US taxation for venture capital firms. Experience in payroll management for Indian employees, with in-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws (TDS, Provident Fund, ESI, etc.). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, including US GAAP and fund accounting practices. Check and maintain adequate level of supplies and material and request replenishment of supplies as required. Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with the resort policies. Carry out opening and closing procedures as detailed in the standards & procedures while ensuring accurate completion of any reports.
