Job Description

The key purpose of this role is to profitably grow by onboarding new clients, growing existing accounts and ensuring timely collections

Key Responsibilities

Hunting
Generate market intelligence for allocated territories, including competitor activities and business trends.
Identify, approach, and convert new customers and channel partners.
Build a strong partner infrastructure, including onboarding partners with dedicated vehicles and terminals.
Farming
Ensure organic growth and retention of existing customers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer operations and delivery.
Collections
Manage DSO and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Resolve pending invoices and client-related financial discrepancies.

Professional Attributes

Education

Essential: Graduation in any field
Desirable: Post-graduation in any field

Skills

Essential:

B2B Sales / Key Account Management / Business Development
Strong negotiation skills; ability to influence decision makers
Market combing skills—identifying prospects through cold calling
Account management expert

Experience

Essential:

1–4 years in Corporate Sales / Retail Sales / Direct Sales
Preferably from Logistics, Express Cargo industry

Other Requirements
