Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam for a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, manage receptionist duties, and ensure effective reservation handling. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and supervising the front office team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and guide a front desk team effectively
Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing day-to-day front desk operations
Proficiency in Customer Service to address guest requirements and ensure satisfaction
Knowledge and experience in handling Reservations and booking systems
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with guests and team members
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in the hospitality sector and a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is advantageous
